No and I never have been. I don't know anything about making music. I do now though. 44.1 htz for example.

You once famously destroyed a guitar. If you hadn’t would we have had a WH1SKS track on the record?

No, I was shit at it. Probably half the reason I smashed it up. If I could smash it up again I would. I can't though.

@RoOkin I haven't spoken to him since this project started. Or any member for that matter.

I’m asking the questions. How did you come to be involved with Tw1tterband?

I may have inadvertently created the idea many months ago. And then @WH1SKS ran with the idea and asked me to help.

My contribution is a drawing of the Twitter whale transformed into a rock icon. I did it in Flash. It looks quite nice.

No. Because I work quickly. I like all things in my life to be done badly but quickly.

I designed the cover art for The Amateur Transplant's first CD. But musically I am totally talentless, so that's it

I have met @WH1SKS but only once. He showed me the wart on his finger. We bought sausage rolls from a supermarket.

What was the last record you bought?

I haven't bought a record in many years. I download everything or use spotify. The British record industry has let me down.

It was a Chris Isaak record. The one with Wicked Game on it. I bought it in Woolworths in Muswell Hill.

How much did you pay for your last haircut?

£8. I am balding so I just have the same haircut. Last time they also burnt hair off my ears using a naked flame. Scary.

I hit things. Inanimate things - I leave the living things to @wh1sks. I try to restrict the things to just drums though.

Let's just say it's caused some Hard Stares at home! I'm lucky - I work from home so can nip to the kit to play for an hour.

Main band is Manning (http://twurl.nl/2enoyn): prog but on the soft side + flute & sax. We've just started on our 12th album.

Which of the other Tw1tterband contributors have you met in person?

Not a soul. Wouldn't know any of 'em from Adam!

What was the last record you bought?

The Big Red Spark by Tinyfish (http://www.tinyfish.org/). Like Manning, not the up-its-arse prog of 70s but great rock songs.

What was the first record you bought?

Night Flight to Venus, Boney M. It had an awesome drum part on the title track. That's why I bought it. Honest.

How much did you pay for your last haircut?

I just stick my fingers in a mains socket - the ends burn off for free. The downside is I'm left with this spiky haircut.

iPods as SO last decade, darling! But if you mean digital, having my entire collection available through my phone is SO cool.

fortunately it coincided with me having a few days off so it's not really been a problem.

I also play guitar in a modern rock covers band called "Contraband". We play pubs etc around Kent and SE London.

I've never met any of the other guys in person. Yet.

Last album bought was a fun lovin criminals greatest hits. Cheers.

What was the first record you bought?

I want to say something really cool but the first one I remember was a Wombles album. It rocked!

I've not paid for a hair cut for 10 years or so, I do it myself. I guess maybe a fiver was the rate back then?

I enjoyed @WH1SKS Derren Brown-esque twitter experiment, a great idea, so it stemmed from that really. I like doing stuff.

I put drums down on the original demo, I have also input ideas & generally tweeted bollocks with the rest of em- a great lot.

yes it has, I got very stressed on the first demo then was sadly unable to participate on the final version due to "life".

my main thing is drumming for Post War Years, we have self-released records & that, I also DJ in small pubs/clubs/my bedroom.

I haven't met any of them but I have a belief that they are all sound, probably best we don't meet to keep that belief alive.

What was the last record you bought?

it was Movements In A Storm by my friend @jamesyuill, although actually I didn't buy - it he gave me a copy:-)

the first album I bought was Dangerous by Michael Jackson, though it may have been bought for me technically. Gotta love MJ.

I was following @WH1SKS coz he's very funny and saw the call for someone to mix/produce a song for charity and thought I'm well up for that, music is a hobby and passion of mine and to combine it with twitter is amazing.

My contribution has been to collect all the tracks from band members and produce the song.

I am @tw1tterband's bassist. I'm not really a bassist, but I thought it'd be fun. I gave a little technical help too.

Luckily it mostly happened when I was fairly free. Work has meant I'm a bit late on the video stuff, though.

I've not met any of them, to my knowledge.

Last record was Levon Helm's Midnight Ramble Sessions Vol 2. One of the best drummers and vocalists of all time, in my book.

I think the first record I bought with my own money was probably a Police hits tape, or maybe Peace and Love by The Pogues.

Last haircut was £8. I remember that, as it was yesterday evening.
